Shipping Information

At SkyLash, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, and costs.


Where We Ship

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including:

  • Contiguous United States
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses (military addresses)

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.


Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Standard Shipping (Free)

Cost: FREE on all orders
Delivery Time: 3-12 business days
Tracking: Included
Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (we choose based on destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Times do not include order processing time.


Processing Time

Order Processing

Standard Processing: 1-3 business days
During Sales/Holidays: Up to 5 business days

Processing includes:

  • Order verification
  • Payment confirmation
  • Quality check
  • Packaging

When Orders Ship

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

Order Confirmation

You'll receive:

  • Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships

Free Shipping

All orders qualify for FREE standard shipping to the contiguous United States.

Additional Costs

Alaska & Hawaii:

  • Free standard shipping available
  • May take 10-16 business days

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:

  • Free standard shipping available
  • Delivery time varies (typically 10-21 business days)

Expedited/Express Shipping:

  • Costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Tracking Your Order

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships
  • Track your package at: [carrier website]
  • It may take 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment

Order Status

Check your order status:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to "Order History"
  3. Click on your order number

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier cannot deliver your package:

  • They'll leave a delivery notice
  • Package may be held at a local facility for pickup
  • Contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery

We are not responsible for packages not received due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Recipient unavailable to accept delivery
  • Package refused by recipient

Lost or Stolen Packages

Package shows "Delivered" but not received:

Step 1: Check with neighbors or building management
Step 2: Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
Step 3: Contact the carrier to file a claim
Step 4: If still not located, contact us at support@skylash-us.com

We'll work with you to:

  • File a claim with the carrier
  • Investigate with our shipping partner
  • Issue a replacement or refund if appropriate

Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Step 1: Take photos of the damaged package and product
Step 2: Contact us immediately at support@skylash-us.com
Step 3: Include your order number and photos

We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.


Address Changes

Before Shipment

Contact us immediately at support@skylash-us.com to change your shipping address.

After Shipment

Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact the carrier directly to request address changes (fees may apply).

Important: Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses you provided.


Customs and Duties

Domestic Orders

No customs or duties apply to orders within the United States.

APO/FPO/DPO Orders

Military addresses are considered domestic and do not incur customs fees.


Holidays and Delays

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays, shipping may be delayed:

  • Thanksgiving (late November)
  • Christmas/New Year (late December - early January)
  • Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day

Holiday Order Cutoff: Order by December 15th for Christmas delivery (standard shipping).

Potential Delays

Shipping may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions (storms, hurricanes, snow)
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier capacity issues
  • High volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday)

We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.


P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

Note: Express shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.


Order Splitting

If you order multiple items:

  • Items may ship separately from different warehouses
  • You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
  • There's no additional cost for split shipments

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery or a package is returned as unclaimed:

  • You'll be charged a 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
