Eligibility

- Product must be in its original condition and packaging
- Item must be unused and undamaged
- All original accessories and manuals must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

How to Return

Step 2: We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Step 4: Ship the item to our returns address (provided via email)
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

- Photos of the damaged/defective item

Step 2: We'll either:
- Send a replacement at no charge, OR
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We'll send the correct item at no charge
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship

After Shipment
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery or return the item following our standard return policy
Warranty
All SkyLash products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects.

- Faulty components or materials
- Normal wear and tear is NOT covered
